Butter Broth

Ingredients:

2 cups Grass-fed beef broth
4 tablespoons ghee
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 scoop Wellness Please multi-collagen powder
1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste

 

Directions:

1.   In a medium saucepan melt ghee over medium heat. 

2.   Once melted add garlic, carrot, celery, and water. Cook until carrots are tender, 7-10 minutes. 

3.   Add multi-collagen powder and stir until combined.

4.  Pour broth in a bowl and add avocado slices, basil, salt, and red pepper flakes to the Butter broth.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups organic chicken broth
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 scoop Wellness Please multi-collagen powder
2 tablespoons Organic coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sprig fresh parsley

Directions:

1.   Heat organic chicken broth in a medium saucepan to a simmer. Add collagen powder and coconut milk. 

2.   Remove from heat and add turmeric, salt, and pepper and stir well. 

3.   Serve immediately with fresh parsley to garnish. 

 

Chicken Zoodle Soup

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb. organic boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
4 cups organic chicken broth
1 bay leaf
2 scoops Wellness Please multi-collagen powder
1 lb. zucchini spirals
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons parsley leaves, chopped
2 cups water

Directions:

1.   Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a large stockpot over medium heat. Add chicken to pot and season it with salt and pepper. Cook until golden, 2-3 minutes; set aside.

2.   Add 1 tablespoon of oil to stock pot and combine garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. 

3.   Stir in thyme and rosemary for 1 minute. Whisk chicken broth, bay leaf, collagen powder, and 2 cups of water; bring to a boil. Stir in zucchini noodles and chicken. 

4.   Reduce heat to a simmer until zucchini is tender, 3-5 minutes.

Namaste Broth

Ingredients:

2 cups organic chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium sweet potato, chopped
1 scoop Wellness Please multi-collagen powder
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 cloves garlic, minced
Slice chives as garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.   Heat oil in a medium saucepan and add chopped sweet potatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper with organic chicken broth. 

2.   Cook to a simmer until sweet potatoes are tender and add collagen powder. 

3.   Add turmeric to the mixture and stir to combine well.

4.   Serve immediately and savor!
